Is your equipment not performing as you expect it to?

If at any time during your fitness equipment hire period, you experience difficulty using your equipment, or you feel it's not performing how it should, please let us know.  If we can't trouble shoot with you over the phone, we'll call in to right any wrongs.  If it's something we can't fix on-site, we'll exchange the equipment immediately to ensure you have uninterrupted use of your equipment.

Are you unhappy with your choice of hire equipment?

If you have lost motivation, or are unhappy with your choice of equipment, let us know!  We can upgrade or exchange your equipment at any time during your hire period, all for a small change over fee plus the difference, if any between your existing piece and your new choice.  Unfortunately we cannot refund any unused portions of hire, however we can negotiate a reasonable outcome for both parties.
